Leave your name and number along with the state you are calling from if we are not available and we will promptly phone you back. Please be prepared to give your name as printed on the card, card number, expiration date, billing address and vcode (the last 3 digits in your signature box on back of card). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and ATM cards with the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Once your credit card has been approved, we will ship out your order within two business days via US Postal Service Priority Mail.
